No Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Refund Requests:
If you need to request a refund, please do so before your order is fulfilled. Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your bandanas are in the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
